As a Certified Distressed Property Expert  I help homeowners who owe more on their home than what it’s worth, and don’t know what to do, find the best solution for them..  Often that is selling the home in what is called a "short sale".  Many people are not aware of this and the more information I can give, the better equipped are my clients to make the best decision for their individual situation.


Near and dear to my heart is working with senior citizens who may not have sold or bought a home in many years.  The process seems complicated to many who may not know how to proceed or whom to trust.  I spend the extra time and effort with senior citizens or their adult children to help walk them the process to a successful closing.  I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
